Apostle Felicia Napier  

​

Prophetess Felicia J. Napier grew up in a Ministry driven home. Her father, Dr. S.T. Napier, has been a Senior Pastor for over 50 years and her mother Evangelist Missionary A.C. Napier in ministry for 35 year Both parents have legacy and servanthood in the Churches of God In Christ, where Prophetess Napier received her foundational principles. Under that influence, Prophetess Napier accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior at the age of eighteen and followed that action with believer's baptism

Prophetess Napier surrendered to the ministry at the age of 19 in West Palm Beach, Florida, under her first spiritual prophetic father, Supt L. Johnson at Acts Temple COGIC, which is now deceased. Prophetess Napier served and began mentorship in her Prophetic Ministry with Supt. L. Johnson began in September 2017

 

In 2017, Pastor Felicia Napier transformed The Prophetic Voice of Elijah into The Voice Revival Worship Center, a great source of spiritual strength for the Kingdom Community, and is taking it to new levels and heights.

 

Overall, Prophetess Napier, now Apostle Felicia Napier, has 20 years of ministerial experience across all ages from children through senior adults, and she has a significant background with nearly any aspect of church ministry: music, youth, children, education, administration, senior adults, singles, preaching and writing. PASTOR PAULA KING-HARPER

Paula King Harper is a Staff Chaplain at University Hospital and serves as Executive Pastor of The Voice Revival Center in San Antonio, TX. She is married to Rev. JeRome Harper, with four children and a quiver full of grandchildren, she stays busy. Paula and JeRome operate Harper Ministries International, a non-profit 501c3 sharing the freedom and love of Christ through mentorship, addiction recovery counseling, premarital/marital counseling courses, and a host of mental health workshops.

Paula holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Education degree from Wayland Baptist University and a Master of Divinity from Liberty University coupled with more than 30 years’ experience ministering to and encouraging others in various capacities. Through Faith and Community Wellness Centers, Inc, Paula is recognized as a Mental Health Family Coach and a Sanctuary Coach, having completed Christ and Family mental health training.

Paula is also Board Chair of Wilson Pottery Foundation, established to maintain the heritage of Hiram and James Wilson, Texas’ first Black Pottery entrepreneurs. Paula also coordinates the annual Wilson Pottery Show, held in conjunction with Seguin's Pecan Fest Heritage Days every October. Paula is a fifth-generation descendant of Hiram Wilson Sr. and is honored to represent the family’s legacy in every capacity possible.

Paula has been a celebration of life-pre-need planner since 2016 and provides compassionate, professional support with celebration of life organization as well as support of end-of-life decision making. In 2024, Paula was led to launch Exploring Emotional TRIGGERS workshops. A tool leading to emotional freedom and deliverance from the shackles of childhood and adult emotional trauma.

Paula has authored Prosperous Living Daily Devotionals and Journals. Her books can be found at Barnesand Noble and on Amazon. Her latest work is GREAT FAITH, 21st Century Testimonies of the Power of God.

Pastor Brandon Romero

Born In Trinidad Colorado, Brandon grew up in the Rocky Mountain State until the age of 18. At 18, Brandon decided to move to San Antonio, Texas to be closer to his extended family. At a young age Brandon took a special interest in Meteorology, studying the weather and different climates around the world. For him it wasn't just a hobby, but a future that would offer a promise to the weather world. Now what he didn't know was that God was going to use his special interest for ministry in the future one day.

In 2021 Brandon & his family joined The Voice Revival Center's family, and began to serve again in the Christian community. Having previous experience working with kids from 2007 to Present, Pastor Brandon presently serves as one of The Executive Pastor, currently working in the children's/youth ministry. Pastor Brandon faithfully serves under the powerful leadership of Apostle Felicia J. Napier.

Pastor Brandon received his Child Develop Associates in 2013 and in 2015 received his Directors License from the State Of Texas, to serves in the child develop community. It is his goal and duty to teach the children and youth of this nation about the gospel of Jesus Christ. The Bible says to train a child... It is my job to teach and educate this generation about the bible.


 

Minister Valerie Blackmon Hines

 

A native San Antonian, parent to Billy, Andrae, Chloe and proud grandparent of Kyla Thais Wiley Spears. Presently serves as the Worship Leader at The Voice Revival Center under the leadership of Apostle Felicia Napier.

 

A tireless advocate for the “abilities community”, serves as ATAC Liaison for VIA, graduate of OLLU, and Webster University with degrees in Public Administration, Health Services Management. and Human Resources Development.

ELDER CARMEN

​

Elder Carmen was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. After graduating high school, she moved to Cleveland, Ohio, where she earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees. She later returned to her hometown to continue her lifelong calling as a teacher—dedicated to shaping and inspiring the next generation.

Since joining Voice Revival Center in 2022, Elder Carmen has taken on a lead role in Evangelism and Outreach, passionately working to uplift the community through love, service, and the message of Christ. Her heart for people and her commitment to God's mission continues to leave a lasting impact wherever she serves.

Elder Dr. Chrisettia Morgan APRN, DNP, FNP-C

 

Elder Dr. Chrisettia Morgan, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is a native of San Antonio Texas. Dr.
Morgan enjoys traveling, listening to music, gardening, bowling and reading. At the age of
14 years old, she and her family moved to East Texas, where she graduated from
Brownsboro High School in 1986. Since middle school Dr. Morgan knew she wanted to
become a doctor one day.

 

After graduating from high school, she enrolled at Tyler Junior College in Tyler Texas,
where she begin to pursue her dream. Dr. Morgan decided to enroll for perquisites for the
RN nursing program because there was a waiting list for the LVN program. Dr. Morgan knew
at this point that she needed to graduate with a degree, so the following semester she
graduated with her Early Childhood Education Associate Degree which was far from why
she initially attended college. She worked as an elementary special education teachers
assistant for a few years while continuing to pursue her nursing degree.
She decided to move to Fort Worth, Texas to live with her Aunt and while there, received her
Medical Assistant Certificate. At this point she was married with 2 children and continued
to pursue her dream to become a doctor.

 

In 2002, Dr. Morgan attained her LVN certificate from Concorde Colleges. She
continued to take perquisites for her RN degree at Tarrant County College (TCC) in Fort
Worth, Texas. She applied for the RN program and was denied entrance related to that her
sciences were greater than 5 years old and she would need to repeat those sciences before
reapplying. Dr. Morgan began her search for colleges who did not require a time frame for
science classes. In 2006, she attained her Registered Nurse Associate degree from Vernon
College in Wichita Falls and continued to pursue her dream. Dr. Morgan graduated from
Texas Tech University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2010.

 

She worked at Baylor Scott & White All Saints Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas as a Charge
Nurse and Hospital Administrator for 7 years while continuing to pursue her Master of
Science in Nursing and Post Masters in Family Nurse Practitioner degree. Dr. Morgan
graduated from Walden University with her masters degree in nursing 2016.She returned to
her native city of San Antonio, Tx in 2019 where she consequently launched Morgan Family
Practice and Home Care Services, PLLC in November w2020.

 

She completed her Doctor in Nursing Practice degree from Walden University and
began her own mobile health business, Morgan Family Practice & Home Care Services,
PLLC (MFPHCS) in 2020. At MFPHCS, we offer practitioner home visits, concierge services,
lab services and IV hydration and wellness services.

 

This journey was not easy. However, because of my dedication and perseverance, I
completed this journey with a 4.0 GPA. I’m grateful to God for every opportunity and
obstacle because I wouldn’t be where I am today without God’s guiding hand.
Dr. Morgan is the CEO and founder of 3 businesses to include Morgan Family
Practice and Home Care Services, PLLC, Vibrancy Body Health and Wellness, Inc and
Morgan Mobile Wound Care, Inc. In addition, Dr. Morgan is featured in multiple magazines
to include Enterprise, Who’s Who, and Women in Medicine. She is extremely dedicated to
serving God and his people. She serves in many capacities at The Voice Revival Center in
San Antonio, Tx.

Pastor Tina Y. Carter

Is a native of Texas and graduate of Technology EducationCollege Columbus, OH, where she majored in Computer Information Systems (CIS).She is the mother of 2 children, Isaiah and G’Nai.
Pastor Tina was born to Adolph Woods and Jaisun Green (McMillian) on September 2,
1966, and has six brothers Anderson D. Johnson (Los Angeles, CA) James R. Johnson
(Las Vegas, NV), Monyea Woods (San Antonio, TX), Adolph Woods Jr. (deceased),
Keth Woods(Deceased),Patrick Woods (San Antonio, TX), and two sisters, Twin sister
Toni Y. Robinson (deceased), and Karen Shepherd (Ft. Worth, TX), whom she met for
the first time, on February 12, 2011.

 

Pastor Tina was baptized in Jesus Name at the age of eight, at Lincoln Park Temple,
San Antonio, TX, (later named Greater Lincoln Park Temple), under the leadership of
Elder W. A. Ellis(Deceased). Lady Carter received the Holy Ghost with the evidence of
speaking in tongues at age16 and has been serving the Lord ever since. Even though
there were many transitions in her life came, she continues to serve God.

 

Pastor Tina has been employed by Country Home Learning Center since December of
2021, where she is the Curriculum Coordinator. This position has allowed her to show
the love of God through encouraging and having that ear to listen and build up not only
the children but the teachers also. Lady Carter states, “just to be able to speak words of
healing to others, being able to minister to each and everyone, being able to pray with
those who need it, being able to be that go to when the weight of life becomes
unbearable to some, is such a great reward, especially being a witness of the move of
God in the life of someone else. To God Be The Glory!

Minister James Byrd


Minister James serves with a heart dedicated to both worship and community, overseeing both the Sound and Media Ministry and the "Iron Sharpens Iron" Men's Group at The Voice Revival Center. Having been a part of the church family for going on four years, Minister James brings a passion for creating an atmosphere where hearts are open to the move of God through sound and visual elements. As well as leading the men of the church in strengthening their faith and fellowship, embodying the spirit of iron sharpening iron. 


Minister James is the beloved child of Steve and Cheri Byrd, and a cherished sibling to Michael and Jason. This strong family foundation underscores Minister James’ commitment to building and nurturing the family of God within the church. Beyond the ministries they lead, Minister James is known for [mention a relevant and relatable personal interest or hobby]. They are always eager to connect, whether you're interested in learning more about the sound and media aspects of the service or want to explore joining the men's group.
